Shipping Information

  • Orders up to 3 kg – Sent via Yodel.
     

Delivery Times


Yodel deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Large furniture items will be shipped via pallet, and we will email you to arrange delivery.

Dangerous Goods Shipping


Some products are classed as dangerous goods (including pure essential oils, blends, essential oil mists, room sprays, organic essential oils, or items containing alcohol such as aroma mists or perfumes).
We can ship these by road only – they cannot be sent by air.

BFPO & PO Box Addresses

  • We cannot send courier deliveries to UK PO Boxes.

  • For BFPO addresses requiring courier delivery, please contact us before ordering, as prices vary.


For orders outside the UK requiring pallet shipping, costs will be charged separately. A quotation will be provided via email.

Refund Policy 

We check items carefully before dispatch, although most quality control is handled by our suppliers. Due to the nature of our products, some items may occasionally arrive damaged or faulty in transit. If this happens, Beauteous will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Please note: Beauteous does not offer monetary or non-monetary compensation (including goods or services) for loss of potential sales caused by damaged, faulty, missing, incorrect items, or delivery delays. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are unopened, in their original packaging, and unused.

 Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival

  • Report any damaged, missing, or faulty items within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Contact us via email or online chat, quoting your order number and the item code.

  • In most cases, we will request a photograph of the item showing the issue, along with the order and item codes.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

  • Occasionally, we may request the item(s) be returned. In this case, we will provide a Returns Form and instructions depending on the size and value of the item(s).

 Missing Items

  • If something is missing from your order, let us know within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and the item code by email or online chat.

  • We will send the missing item or issue a refund.

 

 Items Sent in Error

  • If you receive items you didn’t order, notify us as soon as possible.

  • In most cases, we can arrange a collection or send you a prepaid return label.

  • If you were charged for the incorrect items, we will process a refund once they are returned.
